How the fuck do people do it?!?!...
After 2 years somewhere, I start getting really bored... I look to leave before 3 years... Can't stay anywhere much longer than that...
Some cunts have been at my place of work for 25+ years... A few of them have even been in the same exact job...
Fuck that... Fucking hell...

Depends what else is going on in your life sometimes.
I was ambitious when I was younger, then I had kids, we had a few illnesses in the family and that all took precedence. Work burbling along in the background without causing too much distraction was what I needed then.
Then you blink and ten years have gone by. You blink again and 20 years have gone.
Also, I found myself a job which pays more than enough to satisfy my needs, and gives me a huge amount of autonomy with very little supervision. With the exception of a few meetings and training courses, I mostly do what I want when I want.
I'm very aware that there probably won't be too much greener grass elsewhere..

2 *years*??
2 months is normally enough for me. 2 weeks to get into it, 2 wks to polish your skills, 2 wks bliss, 1 wk realising there's nothing left to learn, 1 wk arranging your exit.
Luckily for me, there are a lot of Locum positions in the fast food industry.

I started working for a company when I was 22
Two years later I bought 50% of the company shares off my boss (who became my business partner)
Fifteen years later I bought the remaining 50% & worked hard for 5 years then sold the company & went to work part time for another company
I made a lot of money & never got bored!

21 years for me. Final salary pension scheme is a rather good one. And I like my job (I've had about 5 different jobs in those 21 years)

30 years in the same job. The reason being I like what I do, the hours are good, it's ten minutes from my house, the pay is ok and I like the people I work with. Why would I want to start all over again.
